At the age of 19, Chastaneyka embarked on a profound journey of selfless service and healing. However, her path to enlightenment began long before. From her early childhood, Chastaneyka exhibited a natural affinity for healing and spiritual insight, laying the foundation for her remarkable gifts.

Chastaneyka's quest for wisdom and healing led her through a diverse range of studies and disciplines. In the 1990s, she delved into the realm of Shamanic Healing under the guidance of White Eagle. Her pursuit of holistic wellness continued as she attained the esteemed status of Reiki Master in 1996. Along the way, she immersed herself in the transformative practices of Yoga and Meditation, learning from an array of esteemed teachers.

Chastaneyka's commitment to holistic well-being extended to the realm of Massage Therapy, where she honed her skills at the Natural Touch School of Massage Therapy in 1998. She is a Board Certified Massage Therapist, proficient in a wide array of modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage, and Energetic Modalities, including Reiki.

In 2016, Chastaneyka discovered her spiritual home in the teachings of Integral Yoga, a profound turning point in her journey. She subsequently earned certification as a Yoga Instructor through the International Yoga Association (IYA), a testament to her dedication and expertise.

With an unwavering thirst for knowledge, Chastaneyka continues to expand and refine her mastery of healing modalities. Her profound expertise extends to the art of Meditation, where she has become a seasoned practitioner. Today, she generously shares her wisdom through a myriad of meditation and wellness classes, both in-person and online, enriching the lives of those fortunate enough to cross her path
